To begin with, the production floor was meticulously analysed and evaluated by our team, with the aim of identifying any areas that may require improvement.

The production process involved multiple lines of kitting and assembly, with a bottleneck identified in the form of a taping machine that was used to seal the boxes. This machine had to be adjusted to accommodate boxes of varying sizes, which led to a decrease in production speed.

To address this issue, a new process was designed, developed, and implemented by our team. This process involved the dynamic assignment of the production sequence based on the different available box sizes, which eliminated the need for frequent machine height adjustments.

By implementing this new process, the production speed was increased by 30%, resulting in a significant improvement in overall production efficiency.
